What happens if…
If you book an express job and tell us it’s just 1 item and then we show up and it’s like a 1/4 truck full of junk that we did not agree to before the job this will change the estimate obviously. Or worse, not allow us to do the job because we don’t have the space in the truck. This scenario applies to all jobs we do for our customers. The more upfront you are with us the better we can serve your needs and meet your expectations.

Do you take chemicals, gas, paint, asbestos etc ?
We do not. Not Yet at least. This requires more licensing to transport toxic waste around the state. We might add on later as we grow, but not at the moment. What we can do is share with you the info needed to get rid of such items on your own.
If you're a real estate agent you should let your clients know in advance before listing their homes that they need to plan accordingly when getting rid of these items. RI offer a drop of schedule all around RI at specific locations. We can share this list with you if you need it.

Do you do quotes?
We typically do estimates based on volume truck size pricing + specialty items. If it’s an express item pick up that holds true to what the customer says then we can tell you a quoted price of $125. Every job is different. If’s a simple straight forward job where we can park out front and fill a 1/2 of truck with your junk that excludes specialty items. Then our estimate will look more like an up front quote. The more complicated the job the harder it is to pinpoint a quote.

Where do you take your trash?
Great Question: At the moment we are going to the Johnston Landfill. As we grow we plan to get permits at other transfer stations around the state. But our pricing sheet on specialty items reflects what they bill us at that location.

Do you offer donations or recycling services?
Absolutely. We try to donate and repurpose as much as we can at local stores that will help others in need.

Who is doing the jobs?
Right now you will be getting the owners at first doing the jobs. We feel it’s important to start at the bottom by learning the business, connecting with the community and building our brand trust /loyalty up first and foremost.
